Welcome to rent this newly built (completed August 2018) penthouse with private roof terrace in high quality on 3rd floor with elevator.

The apartment is located in west-central Nerja and has both sea view and free view to the west with the Torrox lighthouse and the mountains in sight. Enjoy the sunset all year round from the roof terrace as well as the west-facing balcony. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, sun loungers, dining area, lounge corner as well as a jacuzzi and shower.


Space

The apartment has 85 square meters of living space divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as an open plan kitchen and living room, there are also two balconies. Continuously bright tone choices with durable stone flooring in light grey parquet imitation. The 85 square meters private roof terrace is accessed from the hall via a marble staircase with comfortable handrails.


The apartment and roof terrace consist of two floors and the apartment floor (first) offers a large kitchen with round dining table for up to 6 people, a balcony facing west with beautiful views of the mountains and with the sunset every evening. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, the living area has a sofa, a Samsung 49' SmartTV with international channels. Wifi 60 MB fibre throughout the apartment and on the roof terrace.


The first floor also has two bathrooms with showers, three bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom, they can stand together or be separated. In the third bedroom, there is a single bed which can be converted into two single beds, it is a smaller bedroom, so with both beds, there is 50 cm space left to pass the bed on one side to reach the wardrobes. All beds have comfortable new bed mattresses. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with large mirrored doors sliding sideways. The master bedroom has a private bathroom (ensuite) and a private balcony.


From the entrance hall, you have access to the private roof terrace using the comfortable marbled stair with handrails. The terrace has a Jacuzzi for 5 and complete outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hotplates and Weber gas grill. Lounge corner with five seats, four sun loungers and a comfortable dining area for up to ten people in the sun, or in the comfortable shade under a 4x4 meter awning/sunblind. View to the southwest.

I live in Nerja and will be close at hand if you need anything. If I am away, there is someone to replace me.


Included in the rent

Personal check-in, I meet you at the entrance and help you with your luggage.

Free check-in between 16:00 - 21:00.

Electricity consumption, cooling/heating in 4 rooms (with automatic shut down within 30 minutes between 07:00 - 23:00).

Water.

Internet, Wifi 60 MB, cable TV, Smart TV Samsung 49' with Netflix (private account required) and Youtube etc.

Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric whisk, kettle and toaster.

Filtered drinking water from a separate tap.

Bathroom: hairdryer, towels, toilet paper at arrival.

Maintenance: iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brush, floor mop.

Bedroom: bed linen.

Terrace: towels (beach towels not included,) jacuzzi 30 degrees warm, gas Barbecue grill.

Mandatory

300 € security deposit to give cash at check-in, it is refundable upon check-out when the apartment is delivered in undamaged condition.


Prices/euro/week:

Price runs from 750 - 1750 euros per week depending on season and occupancy.

For last-minute and long term booking, a discount can be offered, depending on season and occupancy.

Booking terms

After we agreed on the dates and price I will send you a rental agreement. You should read and sign all pages, scan/take a photo and send it back within 2 days, as well as transfer the booking fee 30% and send a receipt for this transfer. Minimum 8 weeks prior to arrival you transfer the final payment 70% and send me the receipt for this transfer, please.


In the event of your wish to cancel your booking, the booking fee 30% is not refunded upon cancellation and the following applies:

100% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel 60 days before arrival.

75% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel 45 days before arrival.

50% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel 30 days before arrival.

25% of the rental amount (after the deducted booking fee) is refunded if you cancel 15 days before arrival.


*Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, you should ensure that you are covered by a home/travel insurance in the event of an unexpected event.


Unless otherwise decided, you have access to the apartment on the day of arrival from 16:00

and must leave the apartment no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.


Deposit € 300 is mandatory to bring in cash at check-in, the deposit is refunded upon check-out when the apartment is returned in the same undamaged condition as when the rental period began.
